Gail Ramster

Gail is Senior Research Associate at the Royal College of Art Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design. Her design research focuses on people-centred design and co-design approaches, whether in the context of employee wellbeing, community engagement or public attitudes to new technology. She is interested how digital tools and open data can be used to support public services and civic participation. She is the creator of The Great British Public Toilet Map, an award winning interactive website that holds the largest database of publicly accessible toilets in the UK.
