A 45 to 60-minute urban circuit-training session organised by StreetGym, which turns architectural features, street furniture and gradients into bodyweight-based workstations. Along a circular two-mile route, participants will stop to perform exercises at iconic places before running on to the next spot. Before the congress, freshen up your mind and energy levels on an urban adventure – running, jumping, crawling and weaving your way around the back streets of London.
